He spent over 13 years in executive roles at the Serviceplan Group – as Managing Director, founder of Plan.net, shareholder of Mediaplus and Plan.net, and Group Managing Director. He then served as Managing Director of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG (SevenOne Media) for four years. For the past 16 years, he has been working independently as a consultant, trainer, coach, advisory board member, and speaker. Since 2019, he has also been training coaches and supervisors.
