By registering for a workshop you enter into a binding agreement on the financial terms we entered with the organization you are registered with. This workshop may be deducted from your personal development budget. If you are in doubt about how many workshops you can do at LOTARO please consult us or your HR department.
We limit the number of participants eligible to participate in our workshops to uphold the quality standard we set for ourselves. Therefore, you must cancel your registration 48 hours in advance of the workshop in order to get a refund.
You can only access the LOTARO services if your company has a running partnership with us.
As a user, you do not have the right to publish, upload, and/or otherwise make the provided content available to other individuals/organizations. In order to provide the LOTARO services, it is necessary for you to grant us certain rights regarding your user-generated content. This applies especially when you choose to upload or post user-generated content that is protected by intellectual property rights (such as images or photos) on or in connection with the LOTARO services.
For this reason, you grant LOTARO a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publicly present (e.g., for performance or exhibition), publish, translate, modify, create derivative works, and distribute your user-generated content in connection with the LOTARO services through any medium, whether exclusively or in conjunction with other content or materials, in any manner and by any means, process, or technology, whether known today or developed hereafter. This license is solely for the purpose of providing you and other users with the LOTARO services.
LOTARO reserves the right to change these Terms. When we change these Terms in a significant way, we will post a notification on our Website along with the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and all disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court of Munich, Germany.
