We offer software and services to design and run trainings with the purpose of continuous learning. Thanks for being a part of our journey. Here are some terms and conditions that you accept by registering for a workshop. If you ever need to contact us write an email to: support@lotaro.de

Workshop Financial Terms

By registering for a workshop you enter into a binding agreement on the financial terms we entered with the organization you are registered with. This workshop may be deducted from your personal development budget. If you are in doubt about how many workshops you can do at LOTARO please consult us or your HR department.

Cancellation policy

We limit the number of participants in our workshops to ensure the high-quality experience we aim to provide. Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. After this period, we are unable to offer your seat to other participants. To cancel within the allowed timeframe, please email support@lotaro.de with the workshop details and a brief reason for cancellation.

Duration

You can only access the LOTARO services if your company has a running partnership with us.

Ownership

As a user, you do not have the right to publish, upload, and/or otherwise make the provided content available to other individuals/organizations. In order to provide the LOTARO services, it is necessary for you to grant us certain rights regarding your user-generated content. This applies especially when you choose to upload or post user-generated content that is protected by intellectual property rights (such as images or photos) on or in connection with the LOTARO services.

For this reason, you grant LOTARO a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publicly present (e.g., for performance or exhibition), publish, translate, modify, create derivative works, and distribute your user-generated content in connection with the LOTARO services through any medium, whether exclusively or in conjunction with other content or materials, in any manner and by any means, process, or technology, whether known today or developed hereafter. This license is solely for the purpose of providing you and other users with the LOTARO services.

Miscellaneous

LOTARO reserves the right to change these Terms. When we change these Terms in a significant way, we will post a notification on our Website along with the updated Terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and all disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court of Munich, Germany.
