Maik Frank has over 18 years of experience in HR, IT, Leadership, Professional Caching, and Facilitation. He has helped numerous tech leaders improve their communication skills and adopt coaching mindsets. Maik excels in delivering fresh and engaging Leadership and Leader-Coach programs, combining a strengths-based approach, a rich toolkit of mental frameworks, and ensuring accountability in applying insights.
His recent clients include eBay, PayPal, SAP, Babbel, Amazon Web Services, and Singapore Management University. Maik offers a unique blend of coaching, communication and business acumen through his background in IT, HR, Professional Coaching and Governance in the semiconductor, mining and professional training industries.
Originally from Germany and based in Singapore for almost 20 years, Maik holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Computer Science from the Dresden University of Technology. He also hosts the ‘Coaching Leader Podcast by IntelliCoach’ since 2018.
