As an independent consultant and Agile Coach, he's worked with many companies, guided teams and leaders, drawing from a vast toolbox of tools—some that work and some that don't. He keenly observes organizations, always committed to creating value. The result: people who find meaning in their work and consequently, find joy in it.
Interests
As an expert in introducing and further developing hybrid process and organizational structures, Patrick has spent over 15 years exploring the relationship between people and organizations. Whether as an agency project manager, marketing manager in a global corporation, multinational executive, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or organizational developer in traditional and agile settings, Patrick always has ideas and opinions. He combines experiences from his varied life to create something new, fostering environments where people enjoy working.
Qualifications
Quickly realizing as a graduate in business administration that a company doesn't (or shouldn't) function like a machine, Patrick understands that an organization is a living entity. Alongside conventional tools like process enhancements with Lean Six Sigma, GPM project management, or PRINCE2, he evolves organizations using agile frameworks like Scrum & SAFe. He merges these with perspectives from his training as a system theorist. Tools, to him, are means to an end, and alongside value creation, communication, and the human aspect take center stage.
