Kathrin Lückenga

Kathrin Lückenga is an AI trainer and consultant who works with people who do not want to study AI but to use it: marketing, assistance, sales and management. She therefore does not start with the technology but with the tasks that land on people's desks every day. Sessions run on real cases from the participants' own working lives, and limits, sources of error and responsibility get as much airtime as the possibilities. Her position sits between hype and scepticism: AI changes work, but it does not do so on its own – and if participants leave with something they can apply the next day, the training has worked.

Qualifications

Kathrin's professional background is in online marketing: more than 20 years in the field, self-employed with Initiative Neuland since 2013. When generative AI broke through she shifted her focus and now works as a trainer, consultant and speaker on generative AI, prompt engineering, responsible AI and generative engine optimisation. Her clients range from large corporations and mid-sized companies across the DACH region to solo entrepreneurs. She also writes about AI professionally, most recently in a Springer publication and for Haufe Verlag.
