Tanja Förster is an AI trainer based in Essen who works on one simple principle: she demonstrates, participants join in. No slide marathons and no jargon – instead real use cases where the group tries out what AI actually delivers in everyday work. Certified by TÜV Rheinland for applied AI transformation, she does not come from IT herself: for almost 25 years she worked in product management inside technical organisations, translating between users and software development. Her training is less about impressing people than about reaching them – people with little time and very different levels of prior knowledge, who leave with a tool of their own rather than with theory.
Qualifications
Tanja's background is in digital product management rather than software development. For almost 25 years she worked in technical organisations, most of that time as the interface between users and software development. Since August 2025 she has been self-employed as Tanja Förster | wirksam digital, specialising in AI adoption in mid-sized companies: strategy and built-in tools, enabling teams, and where needed steering external development partners. The TÜV certification mattered to her because it provides a tested foundation for working with AI in companies rather than relying on instinct.
