With over a decade of experience in tech sales and the SaaS industry, Ben has built his career by navigating every role from BDR/SDR to AE, Team Lead, and eventually, Head of Sales/VP Sales. His journey has been marked by a passion for sales, a commitment to excellence, and a relentless drive to help organizations succeed.

For the past five years, Ben has focused on training and mentoring sales reps, as well as consulting founders on building and scaling their sales organizations. He provides them with strategic guidance and hands-on support to foster growth and success.

Ben's goal is to empower sales professionals with the tools they need to excel in their careers while maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. He is dedicated to fostering environments where sales teams can thrive, both professionally and personally.

Qualifications

Currently, Ben is serving as an interim Head of Sales at Retraced while also working as a sales trainer for Hyrise Academy and Lotaro. In his training sessions, he emphasizes a holistic approach to sales. It’s not just about mastering sales techniques—it’s about understanding the importance of personal well-being in an industry that increasingly faces challenges related to mental health.
