Helen Barnes is an ICF certified executive coach and trainer, offering professionals the tools and resources to navigate office politics, build confidence and meet their potential, without burning out. With a 15-yr background in agency PR and Communications, she has developed a deep curiosity for, and knowledge of, how people think and interact, as well as the impact of stress and wellbeing on performance. Clients describe her as reflective, with strong analytical skills and a supportive, non-directive approach. 

Qualifications

Helen’s coaching focus is on Burnout Prevention, Executive Wellbeing and Mental Health. Her lived experience, combined with coaching skills and techniques, makes her uniquely placed to understand the challenges of the modern working world, and enables her to bring both empathy and perspective to her work. Her approach is rooted in positive psychology and underpinned by neuroscience.
