WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS TRAINING
In an AI-accelerated world, the leaders who remain indispensable won't be the fastest - they'll be the ones with the best judgment. This workshop provides you with three immediately applicable tools to help you think more deliberately when it counts: knowing which decisions deserve deep thought, identifying where your thinking is most likely to go wrong, and learning how to get the distance you need when you're too close to a problem. You will leave with a personal decision-making toolkit that you can use immediately in your daily work.
FRAMEWORKS AND EXERCISES
• The Decision Sorter: A diagnostic grid, based on Kahneman and Roger Martin, that categorizes any decision by reversibility and complexity, so you know exactly how much thought it deserves before you engage with it.
• The Noise Audit: A structured self-reflection tool, based on Kahneman, Sibony and Sunstein, that identifies where your judgment is most likely to vary without your awareness.
• The Outside View: Drawn from Philip Tetlock’s superforecasting research; practiced through a real-world case study and cross-industry peer pairs who offer each other the perspective that proximity often makes impossible.
SKILLS YOU WILL LEARN
• Strengthen Metacognitive Awareness: You will gain the ability to observe your own thinking in real time, recognize when it is being distorted, and consciously choose how to respond.
• Master Decision Categorization: You will learn to distinguish between decisions that can be delegated or made quickly and those that require slow, deliberate human reasoning.
• Cognitive Debiasing: You will acquire practical techniques for reducing "noise" and gaining objective distance on high-stakes decisions.
CERTIFIED
After completing this training, you will receive an official Lotaro certificate to recognize your achievement.
