WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS TRAINING
In this two-hour interactive session, you'll work out what's really driving your pressure, using six areas of working life drawn from established burnout research. You'll then match your response to it, sorting what you can change, what you can influence and what you need to recover from. You'll gather practical strategies from your peers and the trainer, try a simple technique for staying steady when pressure spikes, and check whether the way you rest genuinely restores you. All personal reflection is private, and sharing is always optional. You'll leave with a personal plan you can put into action straight away.
